Senior Operations Associate, Marketplace

Job description:

  • Analysing and monitoring seller KPIs (including lead time, cancellations, customer satisfaction, returns, product quality, etc).
  • Conduct root cause analysis when seller performance fluctuate. Build up the knowledge base, i.e. the correlation between root cause and KPI fluctuation.
  • Visit sellers as and when necessary, to address seller’s issues and make recommendation for process changes, etc. to help seller improve performance.
  • Giving feedback to Key Account Managers, as well as Ops teams about the performance of the sellers, analysis of most common issues and development of next steps to solve them.
  • Understand the current system’ capabilities and limitations, as well as own the continuous improvement for systems and processes.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
